This VEXpro Ball Shifter Shaft has the shorter output hex which is used in the 3-stage version, and includes the two gears on it necessary for a 2.65x shifter ratio spread (34-tooth and 54-tooth).

Note: Requires mating 50 tooth gear (included in 3 CIM Ball Shifter Base Kit) and 30 tooth gear to be used in the 3 CIM Ball Shifter.
