We ship packages within the USA via FedEx and UPS. The shipping company used depends on products purchased and your location. Shipping information, including tracking, will be emailed to you once your order ships.
FREE SHIPPING (Ground) is available to all customers within USA provided the order amount (before taxes) is $500 or more. This excludes US States: AK and HI as well as certain products. For these, the system will provide you a shipping quote during the order process however, we will confirm this to you before processing your order. Other Conditions:
Student and Faculty orders of software will not be processed until we receive proof of academic status from you. Student/Faculty verification will be held on file for a period of one year to avoid delays when placing future orders. Commercial orders do not require proof of status and products will ship based on availability.
Payment by Purchase Order (an available payment option) will not be processed until we receive a copy of your purchase order.
Certain products do not qualify for FREE SHIPPING. These include and may not be limited to: Afinia products, Emblaser, Glowforge, Diversified Woodworks, Horizon Educational, Ozobot, VRC Fields and Risers; etc. You will be notified if this is the case for any of the products on your order.
